Greetings racers, Amendment 2 to the sailing instructions is now available in the documents section of the GybeHub event page. This update coincides with the bulletin sent earlier today, which updated the course chart in the Sailing Instructions appendix. There were no other changes beyond this. Please see the Sailing Instructions for further details. As a reminder, the race committee will determine if the course will be sailed marks to starboard (upriver start and finish) or marks to port (downriver start and finish). This means all marks listed in 5.2 shall be sailed to starboard or port, respectively. We are reiterating this not only to make sure you pay attention to the race committee prior to the start, but also to make sure you keep your yachts in deep water. Greetings racers! We're very excited to see registrations still rolling in. If you're receiving this email, you're registered. It was brought to our attention that the course chart contained an error in its depiction of the included marks. A new course chart has been uploaded to the documents section. Section 5.2 n the SIs had the correct marks, so please continue to use this to identify the courses used for this race - there were NO changes to 5.2. Please note: SI Amendment 2 will be uploaded later today, which will also contain the updated and correct course chart in the appendix. For now, continue to use SI 5.2 to reference the course marks, and download the separate Course - ver. 8.3.2026 in the Documents section as a visual reference.

Amendment 1 to the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions are now available. Fully amended versions of both documents are now available on the race’s GybeHub event page. Please see the documents for official wording. The primary changes include: -The addition of a makeup date -Permission for racers to compete using a valid MWPHRF certificate issued within the past three years These updates were made in response to increased interest from racers and in the spirit of helping launch this event successfully. Please review the amended documents before race day.
